Se prajeste puiul taiat bucati in ulei ,pana e rumenit. Se scoate din tigaie/oala si se adauga ceapa. Cand s-a rumenit se adauga si usturoiul,iar dupa un minut paprika si paste de tomate. Se adauga puiul rumenit.Nu arunca lichidul care a curs din el,ci adauga-l in oala. Se toarna apa si se lasa...

Se pune la calit in ulei un morcov dat pe razatoarea mica.Dupa ce s-a calit 5 minute se adauga ceapa taiata fin ,zarzavatul de ciorba si pasta de ardei.Se mai caleste inca 10 minute.Pe urma se pune costita taiata cubulete si se completeaza cu apa( cratita 5 l).Se lasa sa fiarba costita, se pune...
