Eu am folosit foi de placinta proaspete pe care vi le recomand. Se lucreaza mai bine cu ele, si nu se rup. Pentru umplutura de visine scurgem visinele, si pastram 150 ml sirop in care au fost conservate. Peste sirop punem zaharul si amidonul si amestecam pana cand se desface amidonul. Adaugam...

Se prepara extrem de rapid. Se masoara zaharul cu o cana, dar nu prea mare! se amesteca cu apa intr-o oala cu pereti dubli si se pune pe foc pana se topeste zaharul si incepe sa fiarba cu basici. Aluat: Se dizolva drojdia in laptele caldut impreuna cu o lingura de zahar si 2 linguri de faina si se lasa 10 minute la dospit. Faina se cerne, se face o adancitura in mijloc si se toarna drojdia umflata, se amesteca putin apoi se pun pe rand restul ingredientelor. Se framanta bine un aluat...
