Calim putin carnea de porc in ulei de masline, adaugam ceapa taiata solzi si putina apa.Acoperim cu un capac si lasam la foc mediu cam 10-15 min, apoi punem castravetii taiati rondele sau julien ceva mai gros, dupa preferinte, un paharel de vin alb demisec, rosiile maruntite,usturoiul...

Friptură de cocoş cu ghebe, în sos de vin roşu

Pentru friptura am folosit pieptul si pulpele cocosului (restul merge la o ciorbita cu bors si leustean), pe care le-am fiert intai la oala cu presiune cca 20 min, de cand a inceput oala sa “fluiere”. Daca punem la cuptor carnea cruda, nu ar fi la fel de frageda. Apoi carnea am...
